Return & Refund Policy

At Championship Belt Shop, we want you to understand your return and refund options before placing an order.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. For orders delivered in separate shipments, this period begins when you receive the last item in your order.

We accept returns of eligible products if you change your mind, as well as products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For change-of-mind returns, your belt must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which you received it. Please include its original packaging, accessories, and any items supplied with it. You will also need your order number or another valid proof of purchase.

These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Email championshipbeltshop@gmail.com within the 14-day return window.
Include your order number, name, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photographs where possible.
We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Package the item securely and send it back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your return.

Please contact us before sending your item so we can provide the correct instructions. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your postage receipt.

Returns are handled by mail or courier.

Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including purchasing the return shipping label. The cost depends on the carrier, parcel size, and shipping location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we confirm that your item arrived damaged or defective, or that we sent the wrong item, we will arrange return shipping at our expense or reimburse an agreed reasonable return shipping cost.

Please contact us before purchasing postage for these returns.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. You will not be required to pay return shipping for a confirmed product defect, delivery damage, or an error on our part.

The 14-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund is approved. We will complete this review and issue any approved refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we refund the price paid for the returned item. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If the return results from a confirmed defect, delivery damage, or an incorrect item supplied by us, we will also refund any applicable original delivery charges.

If a return does not meet the stated conditions, we will explain the reason by email.

Exchanges

To request a different item, contact us about returning your original purchase and placing a new order. The return conditions and shipping responsibilities above apply.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us so we can arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If we have confirmed that your refund was issued but you have not received it, check with your bank or payment provider first.

This policy does not exclude or restrict rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Where those laws provide additional rights or different refund requirements, those requirements apply.
